Your opportunity
Were looking for passionate and committed individuals to join our team in Dubbo and Broken Hill to play a vital role in creating safer futures for women children and families. These positions offer the opportunity to be at the heart of meaningful behaviour change working directly with men who have used violence or abuse in intimate partner relationships to help them take responsibility and make lasting changes.
Through Mannin Up a registered Mens Behaviour Change Program youll guide participants in recognising the impact of their actions breaking cycles of violence and building the skills strategies and self-awareness needed to foster respectful relationships. The program also supports men in understanding respect healthy parenting after violence and developing attitudes that contribute to safer more supportive homes.

Before starting work with us you will need to undertake a national police history check qualifications and referee checks and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
