Job Description
Business Analyst Associate
Locations: Juno Beach FL or Plantation FL or Coral Springs FL
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Overview of the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and execute test plans and test cases for software applications ensuring comprehensive coverage and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define testing strategies.
- Perform manual and automated testing including regression testing to ensure product quality.
- Create and manage defect tracking documentation coordinating with developers for resolution.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies for higher efficiency.
- Develop and maintain testing scripts and test environments.
- Report on testing status metrics and KPIs to stakeholders as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or Quality Testing Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
