Position Summary
This position serves as the business operations manager for the Clinical PhD Program and the Community Clinic in the Psychology and Neuroscience Department. As business manager this position is responsible for Program and Clinic operations including policy and procedure financial management including budgeting expense tracking reconciliation and client billing facilities and technology oversight faculty support event planning marketing and communication and student support. The incumbent will work with the Directors of the Program and the Clinic to develop implement and oversee administrative and operational policies and procedures including HIPAA compliant policies and procedures for client PHI to ensure confidentiality of data. This individual will also manage and reconcile budgets and expenses collaborate on budget development and provide financial the Clinic this role is also responsible for management of billing and client payments through the Titanium and TouchNet systems and reconciliation to deposit records and campus financial systems. This position will also oversee the use of office and research space in both the Clinic locations and in the Department. This includes working with the department facilities and IT specialists to process maintenance and service requests oversee renovations and improvements to clinic facilities provide on-site support for the technologies at each clinic including those for research and those for the HIPAA compliant clinic work environment which includes custom configured PCs for webcam video recording and the Titanium client record-keeping system. The Program Manager also oversees the areas of faculty support including faculty searches event planning including graduate student Visit Day and marketing and communication. Finally this position supports Clinical PhD students by tracking academic milestone requirements overseeing awards and supporting placements in and communication with clinical practicum and internship sites. This position supervises one administrative support specialist who is responsible for supporting the daily administrative needs of Clinic and Clinical Program faculty students and operations.

Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Knowledge of university systems (e.g. PeopleSoft Titanium TouchNet) policies and procedures. Experience working in a clinical setting. Experience with accounting and/or budget management.
Work Schedule
40 hours/week between 8 am and 6 pm M F. Occasional evening/weekend hours as needed.
