Job Description
This position will manage the inbound and outbound campaigns for Sal PL Prime. The person will be responsible to drive higher feed to the Call Center fro increasing overall business Anchor:Work Hard - Consistently puts in effort. plans and tracks daily progress to achieve targetsExecute with Rigor - Takes responsibility for meeting targets with focus and effortOwn It - Maintains honesty and fairness in all interactions in line with organizations policiesAct with Integrity
Managing Inbound and Outbound Campaigns for Sal PL Prime Call Centers Achieving feed targets and managing campaign waterfall metricsLiase with COE and Marketing to execute campaignsMonitor & measure key conversion productivity & data penetration metricsEnsure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
Good experience of MS ExcelFunctional understanding of UNICA and SalesforceExcellent communication high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
