Job Overview
We are hiring a HR Recruiter for our Ahmedabad office.
This full-time junior-level role (13 years experience) is ideal for someone passionate about IT recruitment and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing screening and onboarding skilled professionals to join our innovative team.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proven IT recruitment experience (Mandatory)
- Talent acquisition and candidate sourcing skills
- Strong screening and shortlisting abilities
- Experience posting jobs on multiple platforms
- Interview scheduling & coordination
- Familiarity with recruitment tools/software
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Source candidates via job portals social media and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine requirements
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely communication
- Support smooth onboarding for new hires
- Maintain an updated candidate database
- Stay informed on market & hiring trends
