Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking to take your career to the next step
EMBS Engineering are partnering with a well-known established precision engineering company located in the heart of Derby and providing a career with stability longevity excellent development opportunities and exciting projects to work on.

Days with an early finish on Fridays
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Successful applicants MUST be able to demonstrate:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Miller
Confident with either Mazatrol Siemens or Fanuc control systems
Experience setting operating and editing multi-axis CNC machines
Previously machined complex parts for precision industries including Aerospace Motorsport Nuclear MOD Oil & Gas Medical etc
Experience working with small to medium batch sizes and medium to large-sized components
Experience with machining to tight tolerances
Confident using manual measuring equipment
Your responsibilities include:
Setting and operating Milling depending on experience using Fanuc Mazatrol or Siemens controls
Machining medium to large-sized complex components in smaller batch sizes
Performing multiple setups per day to produce components for various precision engineering sectors
Self-inspecting components using manual measuring equipment to ensure you have achieved customer/industry standards
Intermittent machine maintenance
