Votre contribution au succs de Prysmian :
Nous recherchons un Spcialiste en Logistique Entrept et Transport pour rejoindre notre usine Gron.
Assurez-vous que toutes les tapes sont conformes au calendrier prvisionnel et respectent les dlais. Coordonnez avec les responsables pour rsoudre toute divergence et garantir une livraison ponctuelle aux clients.
Anticipez les besoins en Produits Finis et Tourets contribuant ainsi au respect des dlais et lamlioration des flux.
Votre contribution au succs de Prysmian :
Assurez-vous que toutes les tapes sont conformes au calendrier prvisionnel et respectent les dlais.
Coordonnez avec les responsables pour rsoudre toute divergence et garantir une livraison ponctuelle aux clients.
Anticipez les besoins en Produits Finis et Tourets contribuant ainsi au respect des dlais et lamlioration des flux.
Supervisez le carnet de commandes et le planning de production.
Interfacez avec les partenaires logistiques Testing Production Business et Transporteurs.
Vrifiez et coordonnez lapprovisionnement des tourets vides et la conformit aux prvisions.
Planifiez les plannings de chargement et les prvisions dactivit y compris les rservations de camions et de grues.
Assurez la conformit aux rglementations (douane import-export scurit) et aux incoterms.
Analysez les dfaillances et proposez des amliorations.
Dfinissez la Politique Documentaire et amliorez le service (rdigez des procdures dveloppez des tableaux de bord).
Surveillez les cots du projet et mettez en uvre des actions correctives.
Respectez les conditions de commande des clients et les dlais.
Vous tes le candidat idal si vous avez :
Matrise de langlais et du franais
Diplme / Baccalaurat
2 5 ans dexprience dans lindustrie le secteur logistique
Bonnes comptences en communication
Comptences analytiques et de rsolution de problmes orientation vers les objectifs avec une capacit grer correctement les priorits en coordination avec la direction.
Capacit dapprentissage rapide et engagement personnel

The GRON site located in Yonne near SENS is the French center of excellence for high voltage cables. It is fully involved in the ecological and energy transition.
Your contribution to Prysmians Success:
We are looking for a Logistics Warehouse & Transportation Specialist to join our plant in Gron
Ensure all steps align with the forecast schedule and meet deadlines. Coordinate with managers to address any discrepancies and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Anticipate needs for Finished Products and Reels contributing to meeting deadlines and improving workflow.
Your contribution to Prysmians Success:
Ensure all steps align with the forecast schedule and meet deadlines.
Coordinate with managers to address any discrepancies and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Anticipate needs for Finished Products and Reels contributing to meeting deadlines and improving workflow
Oversee order book and production schedule.
Interface with logistics partners Testing Production Business and Transporters.
Verify and coordinate supply of empty reels and compliance with forecasts.
Plan loading schedules and forecast activity including truck and crane reservations
Ensure compliance with regulations (customs import-export safety) and incoterms.
Analyze failures and propose improvements.
Define Documentary Policy and enhance service (write procedures develop dashboards).
Monitor project costs and implement corrective actions.
Comply with customer order conditions and deadlines.
You are the right fit if you have/are:
Fluent in English and French
Degree / Baccalaureate
2/5 years experience in industry logistics sector
Good communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills target orientation with attitude to manage properly priorities in coordination with Management.
Attitude to fast learning and self-commitment
