Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Officer TSPV Cleared for our esteemed Federal Government Client. This is an initial 12 months contract with 2x12 months further options to extend based on funding and approval.
About the Role:
A high-performing Federal Government agency is seeking a skilled and proactive Project Officer to support the delivery of complex ICT capabilities across a range of technical programs. Working under limited direction you will manage project administration procurement finance asset documentation and stakeholder engagement in a secure and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of ICT projects from concept to delivery including planning scheduling and resource allocation
- Manage procurement submissions and contract administration in accordance with Commonwealth guidelines
- Oversee project finances including budgeting reporting and record-keeping
- Coordinate asset management activities including rollouts and reviews
- Provide secretariat support for project meetings and forums
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency
What Were Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word (templates) Excel (financial tracking) PowerPoint (executive briefings) Project (schedule analysis)
- Experience in ICT project delivery within Government environments
- Strong understanding of budgeting financial reporting and asset management
- Familiarity with Government financial and asset management systems
- Knowledge of Commonwealth procurement and finance frameworks
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Submission Requirements:
Duration: 12 months contract with excellent extensions
Clearance: Australian Citizens with TSPV (Mandatory)
