About the Role

Were looking for a passionateGardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Memberto join our team inForbes! Youll be responsible for maintaining gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites. If you bring the right attitude well provide the training you need to succeed.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time Perm x 38 hours per week
• Working Hours: Between Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Travel Requirements: Yes travel is required as part of the role but you will not be expected to use your own vehicle. A company vehicle will be provided when available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of gardening lawn care and grounds maintenance.
• Support the Team Leader in fostering a positive values-driven team culture.
• Assist supported employees in building skills and reaching their employment goals.
• Complete tasks as directed by Team Leaders.
• Bring a positive can-do attitude to every job!

What Were Looking For

• Background in property or garden maintenance including lawn and weed identification.
• Familiarity with operating relevant equipment (training provided if needed).
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
• Strong communication negotiation and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks within a small team.
• Valid drivers licence - minimum P2.
• Confident towing a trailer.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Childrens Check.
