We seek a proven operations leader who brings:
Experience Previous leadership in hotel property operations facilities management or engineering with experience in large-scale or complex properties (1000 rooms preferred).
Technical Expertise Strong working knowledge of building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing and life safety systems.
Leadership Skills Experience leading unionized teams with a focus on coaching accountability and engagement.
Organizational Strength Ability to prioritize competing demands in a high-volume fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Communication & Collaboration Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and with outside agencies.

The annual salary range for this role is $160000 to $180000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

In this critical leadership role you will help oversee the functionality and safety of our facilities to protect the well-being of our guests and team members all while driving operational excellence guest satisfaction and financial performance.
What Will I Be Doing
As the Complex Assistant Director of Property Operations you will serve as a key leader in maintaining the safety functionality and operational excellence of both hotels. Partnering closely with the Complex Director you will play a critical role in ensuring our facilities operate seamlessly remain in peak condition and meet or exceed all regulatory brand and guest expectations.
