Were growing and were looking for a Mechanical and plumbing Senior Project Manager whos ready to take charge of multi-million-dollar projects mentor a talented team and drive results that matter. What Youll Do:
Lead and manage multiple mechanical and plumbing construction projects from kickoff to close-out.
Supervise and mentor a team of Project Managers and Engineers.
Review contracts create budgets develop schedules and drive timely on-budget delivery.
Work with field teams to ensure quality compliance and safety.
Build strong client relationships and represent CES in a business development capacity.
Spearhead change orders procurement billing and more - while always keeping the big picture in focus.
What You Bring:
10 years in mechanical construction project management; 5 in a senior or supervisory role.
Proven knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical piping.
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
A drive to mentor others and elevate team performance.
Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
A valid Florida drivers license (and insurability).
