Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Remote Activities Planner to design coordinate and manage engaging activities for individuals families and groups. This role involves researching destinations liaising with local suppliers and ensuring every aspect of an activity is planned and executed to exceed client expectations.
Main Responsibilities:

Work with clients to understand preferences special interests and budget.

Research propose and arrange activities such as guided tours outdoor excursions cultural events and leisure experiences.

Coordinate bookings confirmations and necessary documentation for each planned activity.
