As the single point of contact within a major account our Account Manager is the face of 4M Building Solutions to our client. Our Account Managers take ownership of their account to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our clients expectations.

Job Description
As the single point of contact within a major account our Account Manager is the face of 4M Building Solutions to our client. Our Account Managers take ownership of their account to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our clients expectations.

Qualifications
- 3 years in facility services management or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing
- Strong drive for results
- Sense of urgency
- Able to use Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to lead an operations team for a specific client
- Ability to analyze issues and create solutions
