Chief Financial Officer at OMNIC

Mission

Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance or Economics
- 3-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis budgeting financial modeling and reporting standards (IFRS GAAP).
- Strong skills in tax compliance risk management and corporate finance.
- Proficient in financial auditing and investment analysis with effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to align financial strategies with business goals and drive measurable results.
- Fluency in English
- Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills including experience with 1C UTP.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and effectively managing the financial system to support sustainable growth.
- Creating an accounting and reporting system that meets the CEO and Owners requirements in a timely manner.
- Overseeing the accounting management and reporting of the Owners personal assets and finances.
- Monitoring key financial indicators including budget variance analysis and cash flow management.
- Participating in structuring business operations in various regions analyzing financial flows to optimize performance.
- Evaluating investment projects to minimize financial risks and support investment agreements.
- Optimizing the use of financial resources to ensure maximum profitability.
- Managing relationships with financial institutions to secure necessary funding.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations to mitigate legal risks.
- Leading and developing the financial department managing a team of 10 subordinates.
