Compensation:
Monthly gross salary: 1100 EUR per 14 months
Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to 10% based on performance metrics
Schedule: 8 hours per day with a 1-hour lunch break 5 days per week from Monday to Sunday 09:00-23:00 (Shift rotation applies)

We seek a dedicated Customer Support Specialist fluent in Italian and English to join our dynamic team in Athens. As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries via phone email and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fluency in Italian (C2 level) and proficiency in English (C1 level).
Proven experience in telesales or customer acquisition roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
