Worley is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to join the Subcontracts team at our Home Office location in Edmonton Alberta.
Supporting the Supply Chain function the Senior Subcontracts Specialist is responsible for the coordination of all third-party subcontracted services required to support the ongoing operational production and administrative functions of Worley. This encompasses all aspects of the supply chain from initial project sourcing strategy formulation RFP management negotiations contract formation/award post-award administration through to close-out. Other functions of the Senior Subcontracts Specialist include supporting the business short and long term goals with ongoing evaluation and development of subcontractors improvement and development of processes/procedures as required negotiation of complex subcontracts or claims and the mentoring of other teams members.
The Senior Subcontracts Specialist reports directly to the Senior Manager Subcontracts in all functional duties the incumbent will liaise with all departments and branches including the project manager construction managers module yard fabrication shop estimators legal engineering project controllers HSE quality finance and other internal and external customers of Worley.

Knowledgeable in Supply Chain Management processes utilized in manufacturing oil & gas and / or construction environments.
