About The Role

Join the team as a Core Behaviour Support Practitioner Insight PBS offers a supportive and enriching environment where you can truly thrive while working alongside likeminded individuals in a unique hybrid environment.

If you have a background in Social work disability support work or experience within the NDIA we would love to hear from you!

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • Relevant experience particularly caring for or supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles and NDIS regulations.
  • Strong communication empathy and interpersonal skills to support building rapport and meaningful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A true dedication to creating a safe and supportive environment for all individuals and participants including children and young people ensuring their well-being is always a priority.
  • The ability to work autonomously in a work from home capacity and collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive approach to multitasking and managing various responsibilities.
  • Current and Valid Working with Children Check (WWC).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred).
  • A valid drivers license.
