Job Description
Bartender
The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers following standard recipes. Additionally the Bartender will also maintain a clean and organized bar area.

Description of responsibilities:
Adhere to proper alcohol handling sanitation and safety procedures
Take meal/drink orders and provide service in a timely and friendly manner
Explain daily specials and menu items
Maintain assigned tables
Follow drink recipes
Coordinate daily supply inventory for bar
Assist with receipt of deliveries
Follow daily weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
Practice all safety and loss prevention practices
Perform other duties as assigned
Required experience:
High school diploma/GED
ABC Server Training
Previous experience with order processing systems
Previous experience in fine dining preferred
Required skills:
Ability to communicate effectively
Interest in working with a senior population
Demonstrated customer service skills
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule
