Job Description
Were looking for experienced SAT/ACT Prep Tutors to join our team at the Army Navy Academy in Carlsbad CA. This role is ideal for someone whos passionate about helping students achieve their college admissions goals through targeted test preparation.
We are hiring three tutors:
One focused on Math
One focused on English
One able to teach both Math and English
About the Role
Each session runs for 6 weeks (three sessions total throughout the school year).
Classes are held Saturdays from 8 AMNoon on campus.
Work with motivated high school students in a structured supportive environment.
What Youll Do
Teach test-taking strategies and content for SAT and/or ACT Math and/or English sections.
Provide engaging lessons and practice activities that build confidence and performance.
Track student progress and adjust instruction based on individual needs.
Encourage and motivate students to reach their highest potential.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in SAT/ACT tutoring or test prep instruction.
Strong subject expertise in Math and/or English.
Ability to engage and motivate high school students.
Excellent communication skills and reliability.
