JOB DESCRIPTION:
Apprentices will perform skilled work in the installation maintenance and repair of electrical circuits systems and equipment; perform duties in collaboration with other trades areas as required in order to maintain District facilities.
Program Details:
Apprentices must successfully and satisfactorily complete all assigned classroom and equipment training including on-the-job training hours and related training instruction hours. During participation in the program apprentices will be employed and paid as an Electrician apprentice. After successful completion of the program apprentices will transition into an Electrician position.
