Job Description
As a Lead Case Manager you will coordinate the daily activities of the transitional housing programs and/or intensive housing services for LSSs housing programs.

As a Lead Case Manager you will:
- Develop plan implement and maintain services for the housing programs
- Monitor the housing programs
- Be involved in case management
- Conduct community networking to maintain good standing with organizations in the community
Lead Case Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human services or equivalent experience in field is required
- Training and experience with low-income and homeless person is required
- 3 5 years experience in providing direct social services required
- Experience should include knowledge of applicable rules and regulations related to housing program and professional report writing
- Drivers license is required
Other Lead Case Manager Qualifications:
- Social work licensure preferred
- Knowledge of related issues in chemical dependency mental health parenting sex trafficking and domestic violence is desired
