Job Description

Construction Estimator position in Washington DC area

We are seeking a top-notch full-time Construction Estimator with experience.

Responsibilities:

Build accurate timely winning commercial construction estimates
Communicate with vendors/suppliers for pricing information
Work closely with project managers and preconstruction team

Requirements:

3 years of commercial construction estimating experience
We are seeking someone that is analytical great with numbers (not sales/project management oriented) to join our team
Bachelors in construction or equivalent working experience
Local to DC/MD/VA area
Stable work-history

Preferred:

Military/DOD project experience
Estimating software experience
