Nursery Room Leader Level 3 Up to 31500 Full-Time All Year Round


Our client a modern and bright nursery with a Good Ofsted rating is looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to join their friendly dedicated team. Working full-time all year round this is an opportunity to inspire young minds in a bright spacious setting with a free-flow garden that encourages outdoor learning and play.


As the Nursery Room Leader you will play a key role in leading a team ensuring a safe nurturing and stimulating environment for children. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for early years education excellent leadership skills and the drive to help every child reach their potential.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) essential.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A caring positive and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team within your room to deliver exceptional care and education.
  • Create and implement engaging age-appropriate activities that support childrens learning and development.
  • Ensure high standards of safeguarding health and safety at all times.
  • Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to planning and observations in line with the EYFS framework.
