What Youll Do
Manage and grow a desk with permanent roles across the healthcare sector ideally in Nursing
Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates
Source screen and place high-quality healthcare professionals
Work collaboratively within a supportive and high-performing team
Contribute ideas energy and enthusiasm to help shape the future of our agency
What Were Looking For
Proven experience as a Permanent recruitment consultant (healthcare sector preferred but not essential)
A track record of placing permanent candidates
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Motivated target-driven and team-oriented
Someone who loves to have fun while doing great work!
