Construction Project Accountant job in Orange County CA

Responsibilities:
- Review Insurance Certificates W9s MSAs Change-Orders Certified Payrolls and Work-Orders
- Track submittals RFIs and documentation
- Assist Project Managers and Field Operations as well as Accounting Department helping to build and maintain accurate records and project values and accurate expense reporting
- Understand and coordinate with Owner and General Contractor billing cycles
- Assist with payments releases and waivers
- Prepare subcontractor billings and vendor purchase orders
Requirements:
- 3 years of commercial construction project accounting experience
- Local in Orange County
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Stable work-history
Preferred:
- Bachelors in accounting
- Experience working with Viewpoint
