Endpoint Support Technician
6 MONTH LEASED EMPLOYEE: ON-SITE WORK IN SACRAMENTO CA REQUIRED (SOME REMOTE WORK ALSO POSSIBLE)
Mandatory Requirements
- Able to provide technology support for Windows 11 Lifecycle.
- Able to install maintain diagnose and prepare computer hardware printers plotters and related peripheral equipment with Microsoft products in a network environment.
- Able to diagnose research and resolve computer issues.
- Able to perform computer user data and software inventory services.
- Able to perform lifecycle replacement computer services.
- Able to provide computer technical hardware and software assistance.
- Able to perform user hardware software inventory services.
- Able to perform conference room support services.
- Able to perform committee and board meeting support.
- Able to complete assigned tasks in Service Now Ticketing System
- Able to provide Windows 11 Lifecycle support including deployments user assistance hardware inventory support.
- Able to work with minimal direction yet also work in a team environment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Desirable Qualifications
- CompTIA Technician
