Job Description
Job Title: Logistics Supervisor (Construction)
Location: Dammam KSA
Reporting to: Logistics Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor with a construction background to oversee and coordinate logistics operations on a project site in Dammam KSA. The role involves managing the movement of materials equipment and workforce to ensure smooth project . The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in construction logistics strong coordination skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage logistics activities onsite ensuring timely delivery and movement of materials equipment and resources.
- Coordinate with suppliers subcontractors and site teams to optimize transportation and storage.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper documentation of deliveries and stock movement.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and compliance with local and international logistics standards.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
- Track and report daily logistics operations identifying and resolving any issues.
- Collaborate with procurement warehouse and site teams to ensure seamless project .
- Optimize logistics processes to improve costeffectiveness and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics preferably within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction material handling transportation and site logistics.
- Familiarity with local regulations import/export procedures and compliance standards in KSA.
- Proficiency in logistics software inventory management systems and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- English language proficiency is mandatory.
