DescriptionApt Resources is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our clients team a prestigious Luxury 5Star this role you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance the hotels presence in the luxury market. You will lead a passionate sales team establish and maintain relationships with highprofile clients and actively seek new business opportunities to ensure the hotels continued success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process from prospecting and negotiating to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Build and nurture relationships with luxury travel agents corporate clients and event planners.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts reports and budgets for senior management presentations.
Requirements - A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field in a Sales Manager position.
- Previous/current Experience with 5star Hotels for Rooms Sales & Venues.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Open to relocation to Saudi Arabia
