Duties and Responsibilities | Branch Operations:Conduct virtual or physical branch visits as per the average cost (OPEX) of locations stays within the set overall maintenance and hygiene standards of and resolve maintenance issues branch OPEX bills and ensure timely records of all branch expenses and strive for cost feedback from employees and seniors visiting branches and act on updates to concerned visitors and and Asset Management:Process rent for both GST and non-GST landlords and address their connect with branch employees to understand requirements and improvement AMC visits as scheduled and submit necessary data and MIS with vendors for AMC and handle asset Management:Take care of PAN India branch office office shifting renovation and furnishing activities for SGL Management:Maintain a strong and robust database for various expense heads in interiors and branch and control budget versus actual expenses to ensure they :Ensure timely signing of LOI (Letter of Intent) within 5 working days of receiving legal timely signing of lease agreements within 10 working days of signing the lease agreements are registered within 20 working days of receiving for shops & establishments application and obtain certificates within 10 days of branch all fire & security equipment is under AMC and renewals are done before all lease agreements and AMC contracts before all statutory documents/certificates in common expired security deposits within 30 days of exiting from the property |
