Job Description
We are looking for a Commercial Strategy & Execution Manager to help us further develop our kids business across our Benelux customer base. Do you have what it takes Come join us!
Please note: This position is on a fixed-term contract basis until end of December 2026 and will be based in Brasschaat Belgium (nearby the Dutch border Breda). Core Responsibilities
Project lead in a pilot to manage and accelerate our kids business in a more focused way. Lead the change agile team leadership own ambitionprogress and delivery.
Collaborate closely with Kids Senior Brand Manager Brand Managers & (Sr.) Key account managers to define kids commercial strategy yearly through the line activation priorities and budgets. Specifically:
Develop and align audience targets (annual quarterly) for BU and top 5 accounts.
Build audience focused commercial plans and owning audience in all commercial planning & review meetings ICP JBP drive period execution meetings & Sales Assumptions Review.
Develop audience trade investment guidance drive alignment track and optimize.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are well-prepared to achieve strategic audience priorities engaged with deployments and maintaining high data quality for effective analysis.
Own and co-create sell-in & sell-out audience plan to sales and follow through across the year keeping team focused on priorities and ensuring key findings are socialised.
Own audience focused retail space management building strategy driving alignment and execution with account teams tracking and leading ongoing recommendations.
Step-up reporting & visualisation of audience data for our top 4 customers within key systems (i.e. TPM/TPX RED AMT) together with Junior Account Managers to raise overall awareness and support planning & execution within account teams.

In this role you will help us further develop the kids audience commercially across our top BLX customers. The role will be part of our Customer Development team and collaborate closely with Kids Brand Management. Close collaboration with BU internal collaborators (Sales Team and Marketing) and other internal and external collaborators (customers regional and global counterparts and other BUs) will be this position you will guide the Business Units Commercial Planning processes and provide valuable insights to optimise consumer sales helping the LEGO Group achieve its strategic objectives and make a meaningful impact.
Do you have what it takes
Experienced commercial professional with several years of experience in a sales or customer development role with strong expertise in establishing sales processes and governance practices
Demonstrated track record of shaping commercial strategy building business and driving growth in a consumer goods environment along with the ability to develop structured deployments and effectively present to sales teams
Experience in project management and agile ways of working and working cross functionally
Experience in envisioning engaging energising and enabling project teams to succeed
Relevant experience operating and developing broad networks with internal and external collaborators
Proficiency in systems and tools with the ability to create efficiencies for others and garner support for initiatives
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills as well as excellent time management skills in a fast paced team environment
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable plans
Curious and passionate about innovation strong communication and presentation skills
Proficient in English
