We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our clients comprehensive social media strategy. This pivotal role is responsible for driving daily content creation ensuring brand integrity through active community management designing robust measurement frameworks and optimizing both paid and organic advertising performance across all major social media platforms.
As a Social Media Manager you will:
- Create daily multi-platform content in close collaboration with multiple internal departments.
- Build and maintain an effective content distribution network across various social media sites to maximize reach and impact.
- Closely collaborate with internal teams (web audiovisual etc.) and external multipliers to design and implement cohesive social media strategies across all platforms.
- Ensure proactive community management fostering meaningful participation in online conversations and engagement initiatives.
- Establish short-term and long-term Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for social media advertising (both paid and organic).
- Setup implement and continuously optimize social media advertising campaigns to meet strategic goals.
- Design and implement social media measurement strategies across all platforms.
- Gather analyze and interpret social data using advanced analytics tools with the ability to interpret multiple data sources to find and tell the story behind the numbers.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Journalism or a related field.
- Minimum of 9 years of demonstrated professional experience in social media management digital marketing or content strategy.
- Proven ability to manage complex campaigns from ideation and creation through to launch and performance reporting.
- Strong experience with social analytics tools and/or reporting including the ability to build custom dashboards.
- Practical experience using Meta Business Suite or similar social media advertising and management tools (e.g. X Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Demonstrated knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles as they relate to digital content and performance.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in content generation data analysis or campaign optimization.
- English Proficiency at minimum C1 level.
