Job Description
- Oversee AR AP Payroll and Cash Management
- Maintain and enforce financial policies procedures and internal control to support operational efficiency and compliance
- Prepare timely accurate financial statements reports and presentations.
- Lead the annual budgeting process working closely with the CEO to align on financial goals
- 401k Administrator
- Review customer contracts
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance departments overall success
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communicator across departments and with clients
- Skilled in problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Experience with regulatory compliance and reporting requirements
- Knowledge of internal controls and audit process
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field required: Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant account experience; experience in manufacturing CPA designation is a plus.
