Job Description
HVAC Project Manager Buena Park CA
We are a large growing mechanical contractor in Buena Park that works on many of Californias biggest and best mechanical projects. This is a full-time position with: great benefits retirement package and with plenty of room for career growth. We are planning to hire Californias best and brightest HVAC Project Engineers and Project Managers in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedule billings submittals RFIs & change orders select and monitor subs.
- Find Estimate and Manage HVAC Construction Projects.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with GCs and Owners.
- Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
Requirements:
- Local.
- Stable work-history.
- Bachelors degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering and/or prior field experience preferred.
- 6 years of experience working for a Mechanical (hvac) Contractor.
- Technical experience with BlueBeam MS Project Microsoft Office and/or Quickpen / Accubid preferred.
- Familiar with CA HVAC and/or plumbing codes
