As a Product Manager within the Global Customer Platform (GCP) team you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground you guide the successful launch of products gather crucial feedback and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability resiliency and stability you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Global Customer Platform is part of the Consumer Bank team and serves as the primary source of customer data for all lines of business across the firm. The Product Manager of Communications will play a crucial role in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience enhancing product transparency and driving engagement across stakeholders. The communications team serves as the voice of GCP communicating highly technical information in a consistent way that any stakeholder can easily understand. You will also partner with colleagues within GCP to elevate their communications by providing tools and hands-on training.
