Director of IT Field Engineering
Direct-hire full-time employment
Cleveland Ohio travel

Lead multiple teams
Ensure optimal support experience
Improve business processes
Challenge the status quo
Propose innovative solutions
Oversee operations of field engineering support
Improve business processes

Oversee operations of field engineering support
Vehicle travel to sites in Ohio on short notice (50%-80%)
Overnight travel outside Ohio multiple times each month (20%)
Develop policies procedures KPIs and manage performance
Optimize the efficiencies of the teams and department
Build partnerships with vendors and hold them accountable
Ensure solutions meet requirements for security portability and performance
Meet business timelines establish and measure required SLAs
Work with third-party solution providers each fulfilling a portion of the overall service delivery
Lead coach and mentor managers and employees
Foster a culture of service excellence accountability and continuous improvement
Oversee performance management professional development and succession planning
Serve as the escalation point for complex incidents
Develop partner evaluation criteria and scorecards
Ensure vendors deliver consistent high-quality solutions
Ensure expectations are exceeded
