About the Role
We are seeking a Engineer to join our high-performance Engineering team. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments enjoys mentoring others and wants to build scalable secure and intelligent healthcare software that makes a real impact.
As a Engineer you will drive architectural decisions implement high-quality code and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver mission-critical solutions. Youll help evolve our platform while championing modern development practices and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical Leadership: Lead the design development and delivery -based solutions across multiple product lines.
- Hands-on Engineering: Write clean scalable code using C# Core; contribute to complex backend services and APIs.
- Architecture & Design: Make strategic decisions about architecture frameworks and tools. Ensure scalability security and performance across the platform.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor junior engineers conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in SDLC including CI/CD and test automation.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Work closely with Product QA DevOps and Data teams to align engineering work with business priorities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for refactoring tech debt reduction and platform modernization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7 years of software engineering experience with 2 years in a technical leadership role
- Deep proficiency in C# .NET Core and RESTful API development
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns microservices and event-driven systems
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tooling
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and collaborative product development
- Excellent problem-solving communication and mentorship skills
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with healthcare technologies HIPAA-compliant systems or FHIR standards
For Colorado Nevada New York and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the pay range for this position is $170000 to $180000. The compensation package may include stock options plus a range of medical dental vision financial generous PTO stipends for professional development and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates relevant work experience skills certifications and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado Nevada New York and Washington DC.
