As a Senior Associate Data Owner within the Wealth Management Data and Analytics Team you will play a crucial role in accelerating product development and improving the customer experience. You will ensure data is documented of high quality and well-protected supporting business objectives and advanced analytics.
Job Responsibilities
- Leverage subject matter expertise to define metadata and classifiers critical to the business area.
- Execute processes to identify monitor and mitigate data risks across the data lifecycle.
- Develop operational procedures for data delivery supporting business operations and strategic objectives.
- Define and document data requirements to ensure understanding across business functions.
- Partner with technology and business resources to investigate and remediate data issues.
- Collaborate with partners to resolve data issues promptly.
- Develop relationships with data providers and consumers including Business Technology Analytics Operations Risk and Control functions.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- 8 years of industry experience in a data-related field.
- Subject matter expertise in business or product data or processes.
- Technical knowledge of data management governance big data platforms or data architecture.
- Proven ability to execute via internal partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Structured thinker with good business acumen.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Experience with data management and governance.
- Strong understanding of data architecture.
