The role

The Group Leader Divestments manages teams to determine or finalise divestments; driving excellent customer service and service delivery in line with operational service standards to achieve government priorities in the management of Crown land.

What youll be doing

  • Manage specialist teams that provide excellent customer service in determining or finalising divestments.
  • Effectively lead specialist teams to achieve targets by planning and coordinating group resources to manage competing priorities and meet program targets in a high-volume work environment.
  • Develop operational policy and procedures in response to shifts in government and departmental priorities and design and implement projects to address business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for continual service and process improvement integrating and amending current processes to improve customer engagement cost and resource effectiveness and business systems improvements.
  • Provide high level and specialist advice and support on complex Crown land issues that are across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication negotiation and issues management to engage stakeholders and ensure team deliverables are met.
