Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is currently recruiting for a Technology Product Owner (TPO) Global Medical Affairs within the Medical Affairs Technology Product Group. This positions primary location is Titusville New Jersey or Raritan New Jersey.
Role Summary
The Manager Technology Product Owner will be responsible for portfolio of capabilities and products focused on Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management events management and congresses management for the Medical Affairs function. Person in this role will serve as a strategic and technical leader for the development enhancement and governance of in-scope portfolio and in doing so they will partner closely with Business Owners from the GCSO GMAF organization to ensure alignment and clarity in business cases and needs. The TPO will be able to translate business needs into tangible technology products and advancements and will own the product vision roadmap and delivery of technical solutions that enable effective KOL engagements insights generation and operational excellence.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$100000 to $172500Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
