We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior CRM to oversee customer relationship management upsell services manage center operations and lead client-centric projects. The role requires strong communication problem-solving and leadership skills to enhance customer experience increase revenue and ensure smooth functioning of coworking centers.
Key Responsibilities
-Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with members and corporate clients.
Handle client onboarding renewals escalations and feedback.
Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
-Upselling & Revenue Growth
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling coworking products (meeting rooms virtual offices additional seats event spaces).
Achieve revenue growth targets through strategic client engagement.
Create proposals and pitches for client upgrades and value-added services.
Center Management
Oversee daily operations of coworking centers.
Ensure adherence to service standards facilities maintenance and safety protocols.
Manage front-desk housekeeping and vendor teams for smooth center functioning.
Monitor occupancy levels billing and collections.
-Project & Event Management
Coordinate client events community engagement activities and networking sessions.
Work with internal teams for expansion projects fit-outs and center launch activities.
Track project timelines budgets and deliverables.
-Reporting & Analysis
Maintain CRM dashboards and generate regular reports on client satisfaction renewals and revenue performance.
Analyze customer insights to improve service delivery and upsell opportunities
