We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector who is looking for a highly talented medical device salesperson to join a supportive ambitious and fun team!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Strykers smaller business units that is Interventional Spine (IVS). Our innovative high quality portfolio includes a mix of both implant and capital products to support the evolution for the treatment of Spinal Fractures and Pain Management therapies. We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking sales professional who is committed to driving growth in their territory.

As an Interventional Spine (IVS) Sales Rep you will have the opportunity to sell products that save and radically benefit patients lives by transforming healthcare. What you will do:

In this role you have the rare opportunity to pitch innovative capital products that deliver measurable cost savings to hospitals while aligning with their sustainability goals. You will engage a broad range of stakeholders including both clinical and non-clinical buyersto build long-term strategic partnerships.
Demonstrating your ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans youll play a vital role in supporting pricing strategies and high-level negotiations backed by clear implementation methods and a strong focus on return on investment.
Youll be responsible for systematically tracking progress within your territory accurately forecasting sales and proactively communicating insights to drive continuous improvement and exceed performance targets.

When onsite with customers your deep product knowledge and quick problem-solving will be essential in educating and supporting surgeons physicians nurses and other hospital staff on the proper use and maintenance of our devices. As an Interventional Spine Sales Representative you will thrive in a fast-paced high-impact environmentdriven by a shared commitment to making healthcare better through Strykers leading-edge solutions.
