About the Role
We are seeking an Advancement Data and Insights Researcher to join our Advancement team. This role is key to ensuring the integrity and strategic use of the Colleges alumni donor and parent data supporting our fundraising community engagement and philanthropic initiatives.
The position involves data management prospect research campaign analytics and gift processing as well as supporting the Executive Director Advancement with reporting donor insights and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accuracy and integrity of data in the Colleges CRM (Synergetic).
Process donations pledges and issue tax receipts.
Build and maintain reports dashboards and campaign KPIs.
Conduct prospect research to support donor cultivation and stewardship.
Generate targeted data extracts and segmentation lists for appeals and events.
Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide administrative and project support to the Executive Director Advancement.
Support stewardship activities events and alumni engagement initiatives.
About You
Youre detail-oriented analytical and proactive with a passion for using data to make a difference. You thrive on collaboration can juggle multiple projects and enjoy working in a purpose-driven environment.
You will bring:
Experience with CRM databases (e.g. Synergetic Raisers Edge Salesforce) and managing confidential data.
Skills in data analysis reporting and campaign metrics.
Must have demonstrated experience in researching and identifying prospects to support advancement campaigns.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated work experience of three to five years in philanthropy advancement or education sector (required).
Tertiary qualifications in business/administration (advantageous).
