Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- 3 years of experience in backend software development specifically Java.
- Proficient in building robust backend systems enhancing architectural design and implementing testing frameworks.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of problemsolving able to rapidly understand and dissect complex issues formulating efficient solutions.
- Shows initiative and confidence doesnt wait for permission and takes action to figure things out or find the right resources.
- Has high personal and team performance standards aiming for excellence in all tasks.
- Communicates clearly and efficiently articulating technical and nontechnical solutions to diverse audiences.
- Reliable and dependable living up to written and verbal agreements without frequent reminders or pushing and delivering on promises.
- Brings a sense of fun to the team doesnt take themselves too seriously and appreciates the value of an enjoyable work environment.
- Embraces continuous learning and selfimprovement showing a passion for becoming a better engineer and keeping uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Comfortable with remote work and has experience working in small agile teams.
- Bonus: Experience with AWS and migrating systems to this platform would be highly beneficial but is not a strict requirement.
