Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Matric (Tertiary Qualification is a plus)
- 5 years of team leadership in a complex highturnover environment
- 5 Years Retail Operations Experience
- Matrix management skills to foster cooperation across business functions
- Thrive in a fastpaced environment with a passion for rapid learning adaptability and strategic thinking
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Demonstrated ability to drive store targets and achieve outstanding results
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring efficient backof house operations exceptional customer experiences and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- This individual is the custodian of minimising or mitigating risk and as the Operations Manager you will be responsible for optimizing processes managing stock & running stocktakes overseeing financial activities and fostering a positive working environment.
- Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide your teams to greatness fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Efficient BackofHouse Operations: Ensure behindthescenes operations run like a welloiled machine reducing risks to the business by upholding company policies processes and SOPs.
- Continuous Improvement: Innovate and optimize systems and processes keeping them at the cutting edge of the industry.
