Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Work experience acquired should encompass Devops & Cloud operations SW development and also be experienced in associated languages ie. Phython R Etc.
- Experience of general supervision of more junior colleagues (7 to 12 months)
Responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals
- Design and Conceptualization
- Research and interpret data trends and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design
- Product/Service Development
- Solve known problems and/or deliver defined outcomes by performing designated development/engineering activities using existing systems
- Technical Developments Recommendation
- Research and suggest technical developments to improve quality of the portal/ applications/software and supporting infrastructure to better meet users needs
- Application Software Development
- Develop existing applications and contribute to development of new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement
- Develop new routine applications to meet customer requirements
- Application Software Roadmap
- Contribute to and maintain road map to facilitate application software development and ensure the development work is prioritized in line with business requirements
- Testing IT Performance
- Perform applications software tests and respond to user emails to monitor diagnose and correct performance issues
- Customer Needs/Experience Research
- Support customer and market research by performing customer and market research and analysis techniques
- Digital Vision and Strategy
- Support strategy formulation for digital by exploring how information technology can be used to help the organization become more responsive to customer needs and changing business requirements
- Datadriven Product and Service Improvement
- Support datadriven analysis to identify opportunities for product/service improvement
- New Websites Design and Delivery
- Design schedule build and deliver new and enhanced applications to achieve the agreed plan in terms of quality cost and timing and create an engaging application
