Business Analyst III 12 Month Contract
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires an experienced person with a solid understanding of Business Analysis and Enterprise Business Processes
- Responsibilities include:
- Assessing analyzing optimizing documenting implementing and testing endtoend enterprise business processes
- Interacting with the business community at all levels
- Facilitating design workshops
- Conducting enduser training
- Leading presentations to senior management and executives
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization
- Build a holistic view of the organizations strategy processes information and technology assets
- Link and align the business mission strategy and processes to the information technology strategy
- Document using multiple models or views to meet current and future organizational needs
- Integrate business needs capabilities technology and processes efficiently and effectively
- Mastery of industryrecognized knowledge areas for Business Analysis
- Work at high levels of abstraction ambiguity and complexity
- Perform business analysis tasks to connect information technology processes and business needs at varying levels of detail
- Candidates must have worked on agile projects
- Understanding of the SAFe framework
- Use of agile tools like Jira and Confluence
- Experience in collections and recovery projects in the banking industry
- Working experience in transactional banking products and secured/unsecured lending products
- Experience in applying process modeling standards such as BPMN
- Knowledge of business process transformation and related technologies including:
- Business Process Reengineering
- Workflow and process automation
- Enterprise Application Integration
- Business Intelligence Analytics and Reporting
- At least 10 years of experience as a business analyst
- Involved in assessing mapping and optimizing business processes
- Experience facilitating workshops with business users up to the executive level
- Scoping sizing and planning all business aspects of solutions and associated project efforts and dependencies
