Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial data trends and performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Business Requirements:
- Gather and document business requirements related to financial processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
- System Integration:
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems.
- Implement and test financial system upgrades and enhancements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial projections.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about banking regulations and ensure financial processes comply.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting and compliance documentation.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate financial insights and analysis to nonfinancial stakeholders.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align financial processes with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Business Analyst in the banking industry.
- Bachelors degree in IT Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial processes banking operations and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
