As the Facilities Management Lead youll be the go-to expert for managing and maintaining HCCDCs diverse asset portfolio. Youll lead the delivery of facilities services ensure compliance with legislation and policy and build strong relationships with tenants contractors and stakeholders. Youll thrive in a fast-paced environment balancing competing priorities and tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality outcomes. Your work will directly support the transformation of key precincts across the Hunter and Central Coast including parks urban renewal sites and heritage assets.

Proven experience in facilities or asset management including contract and risk management.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to plan prioritise and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Ability to travel conduct site visits and work at sites within the Hunter and Central Coast as directed.
Current drivers licence.
Ability to be on call as required.
A Working with Children Check (WWCC).
