What you will be doing:
  • Develop implement and manage marketing plans and campaigns that align with brand values.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs monitor trends and evaluate competitors.
  • Manage budgets control costs and allocate resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet marketing and sales objectives.
  • Lead and execute sales strategies across retail and online channels to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring needs are met and profitability is maintained through effective pricing and commercial negotiations.
  • Support new product development in line with market demands and brand positioning.
  • Provide clear leadership and direction to sales teams.
  • Monitor market data and prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to inform decisions.
  • Stay current on industry trends new technologies and best practices.

What our client is looking for:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
  • Proven experience in marketing management and sales leadership.
  • Strong skills in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Ability to research market trends customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Solid budget management and cost control experience.
  • Effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of brand management and consistency.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing tools industry trends and best practices.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving commercial growth.
  • Confident negotiator with experience managing pricing and commercial terms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for clear reporting and forecasting.
