Job Description

Hire Resolves client a reputable and well-established construction company specialising in commercial industrial and residential developments is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team based in Alberton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to bring their expertise to a high-performing and growing organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of cost planning cost control and contractual administration for projects.

  • Prepare accurate estimates bills of quantities and tender documentation.

  • Oversee project budgets progress claims and final accounts.

  • Liaise with clients contractors and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.

  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and contractual requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (BSc preferred).

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

  • Proficiency in Candy estimating software is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and financial processes.

  • Excellent negotiation communication and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
