Job Description
Hire Resolves client a reputable and well-established construction company specialising in commercial industrial and residential developments is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team based in Alberton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to bring their expertise to a high-performing and growing organisation.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of cost planning cost control and contractual administration for projects.
Prepare accurate estimates bills of quantities and tender documentation.
Oversee project budgets progress claims and final accounts.
Liaise with clients contractors and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and contractual requirements.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (BSc preferred).
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Proficiency in Candy estimating software is essential.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and financial processes.
Excellent negotiation communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
